How does Superwyze SaaS work?

SaaS or « Software as a Service » refers to software that can be used remotely via a website (like Google’s tools, for example). The application is hosted by the publisher and made available to users via a web link, login and password.

Superwyze’s SaaS mode ensures flexibility of use andregular updates. With Superwyze, we incorporate periodic updates to our object localization engine, in addition to the usual ergonomic improvements to the interface. In this way, the SaaS mode enables continuous refinement of performance.

Since it is an IoT solution, which includes sensors and infrastructure, the SaaS mode also enables downward compatibility with the hardware. This allows for remote updating (OTA for ‘over the air’) of the internal software of the sensors (referred to as ‘firmware’), as well as end-to-end data chain protection. Indeed, since the information is automatically transferred to our servers, it can be encrypted with 256-bit encryption (the highest level available to date) within the sensors, then decrypted on a ‘trusted third-party’ server before being used.” This sets apart our tracking solution from common Bluetooth sensor setups, which lack encryption and internal software updates, rendering them perishable and susceptible to attacks.

At Superwyze, SaaS thus signifies highly sophisticated cybersecurity and comprehensive data chain updates.

It’s also important to remember that this kind of solution allows us to commit to its operation. Clearly, coupled with the guarantee of sensor and gateway functionality, Superwyze takes full responsibility for the entire chain without disrupting or incurring costs within your technical and IT services.

Finally, remote control of security and usage paves the way for comprehensive leasing solutions combining a periodic subscription cost with a periodic equipment rental. Costs are thus controlled from the beginning to the end of the contracts.

The Superwyze SaaS solution therefore meets all your requirements : technical, cyber, legal, economic and financial.
